*BE EXPLICIT WITH WHAT YOU WANT UP FRONT. Please. If you are not specific with what you want and I make an error after asking you this, this is on you.

Please be patient. I do have other obligations, so please understand that it may take 1-2 days to respond to your initial request if things become busy.

Payment upfront via PayPal for security reasons.

Please respect the time and energy that goes into this work-- It takes a long time to do a lot of this and I want the art to be great for you!

I will cancel commissions if: I am being taken advantage of, spending too much time on a comm due to lack of proper communication, disrespected TOS, or if the client requests it.

No refunds. I will refund if I cannot (by physical or emotional issues,) finish the piece. However, refunds do not apply when:

1. Client is disrespectful in any way including passive aggressive behavior, blatant rudeness and insulting, and/or subtle signs of insulting either directly to me or seen on another page.

2. Too much back and forth with ideas and changes happen. If I cannot move forward in a commission after some time while working with a client due to changes and shifting ideas, I will cancel the commission with no refunds. I should not have to struggle with getting what you want done.

3. At ANY point my TOS is disrespected and ignored. this includes terms before and after this statement. This will be heavily enforced.

4. Payments have not been made after asking for any additional content in the art piece(s) which require a fee. Any long delay in payment, or attempt to haggle will result in me discarding the art entirely with no refunds.

If the client wishes to cancel while far into progress, I will not refund and scrap the art entirely.

Obviously, I will NOT give updates to any commissions once canceled for any reason.

Want the work done within a certain time? Rush fee of $50-200 depending on the type of request.

When requesting an edit, and you'd rather doodle over the draft, please ask permission first.

You agree that I have artistic freedom and leverages in your requested art.

I want the art to be perfect for you! So while I will always do my best to accommodate for fixes, if you ask for 3 or more fix requests AFTER asking if there needs to be changes which were initially addressed and amended, that will cost a fixed fee depending on the type of commission. In short, ask for changes in bulk and before I move to the next stage of your comm.

If you do not have a clean reference for me to draw based upon, I will infer and make small changes unless stated by the client where things belong.

I will never give native files to clients due to security and personal reasons. Please do not ask for them.

No redesigns in the middle of a piece requested which has made it at or pass the line art stage. KNOW WHAT YOU WANT. Any request will either be turned down or charged at full price again +inconvenience fee of $30-50. By commissioning me, you agree to this. KNOW WHAT YOU WANT and this will not be an issue for either of us.

Clients may use and edit their piece with credit back to me (@NiGHRea) upon finishing the art.

Clients may not use my art for monetary gain or commercial use (by selling the art itself. Streamers are obviously ok to earn money by using the art as promotion or as their Vtuber model, but NOT as merch unless agreed upon).

Clients are prohibited from minting or selling my work as an NFT.

Be explicit with what you want; give me ALL the details, and use ref EXACT images.

Please understand that I will sometimes work on personal art between commissions.

I will not bounce ideas with you. Know what you want. Please im begging you.

Do not rush me. Pieces will take usually 1-2 months, but they are usually finished within days depending on the style, and the client's requested fixes.

However, please feel free to ask for an update after a week if, on the rare occasion, I do not update you (IF I have not warned you that I am busy. I will always be thinking about your comm!).

SFW preferred, NSFW OK. Gay shit heavily preferred.

If you are underaged and you request a nsfw piece, I will block and blacklist you.

Private comms OK! I will not post the art to any platform out of respect of your request!

I have the right to turn down any commission for any reason.

I have the right to change these rules at any given moment.

By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.

Any attempt to scam me out of owed money will result in action taken against you.
